$100 Gift Voucher

  • The $100 gift voucher will be provided to customers with a quotation for the installation of insulation by Hire A Hubby Insulation Division (“HAHID”).
  • In order to be eligible for redemption, the gift voucher must be presented to the HAHID installer for validation upon completion of installation of the insulation the subject of the quotation.
  • The gift voucher may only be redeemed by the person named on the voucher and only as payment for labour costs (incl. GST) of home maintenance and repairs (other than installation of insulation) by Hire A Hubby at the address specified.
  • The gift voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any discount offer.
  • The recipient of the gift voucher is responsible for meeting the costs of all parts and materials for any home maintenance and repairs for which the voucher is used, together with any labour costs and applicable GST which exceed the value of the voucher.
  • The gift voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of validation. Voucher work must be completed within that period.

 

$50 Cash – Refer A Friend

 

  • Subject to these terms and conditions, Hire A Hubby Insulation Division   (“HAHID”) will pay $50 to each eligible person (“Referee”) who is identified to HAHID by a customer (who subsequently engages HAHID to install ceiling insulation at the customer’s premises as part of the Government Rebate Scheme) as the referrer of that customer to HAHID for that purpose.
  • In order to be eligible for payment of the $50 referral fee, each Referee must:
    • first register as a Referee by completing the registration form. accept these terms and any other terms connected with such registration, submit the registration form to HAHID, upon which registration the Referee will be provided with a unique registration number; The registration form is available by contacting Hire A Hubby – Insulation Customer Service on 1800 803 339
    • not be employed in or otherwise engaged in carrying on an enterprise or a business of referring customers or potential customers to persons or businesses; and
    • not be an employee, contractor or agent of HAH Commercial Pty Limited ACN 115 635 884 or any Hire a Hubby franchisee.
  • Each Referee will be entitled to receive a maximum of ten (10) referral fee payments of $50 each in any one financial year. HAHID reserves the right to reject any person as a Referee, or any referral or purported referral, in its discretion.
  • If a Referee is engaged in carrying on an enterprise or a business of referring customers to persons or businesses other than HAHID, and/or wishes to receive more than ten (10) referral fee payments from HAHID in any one financial year, they are to contact HAHID to obtain and enter into an appropriate agreement.
  • In order to receive payment of the $50 referral fee for a referral:
    • the Referee must provide the customer being referred to HAHID with a document identifying  his or her name and/or unique registration number and the date of referral (“Reference”), which Reference must be provided by the customer to HAHID upon  that customer engaging HAHID to install insulation at the customer’s premises;
    • in the case of multiple referees for a customer, the Referee must be the person who, according to the date on the Reference, was first to refer the customer to HAHID. This will be determined solely by HAHID; and
    • the customer being referred must have engaged, and paid, HAHID to install ceiling insulation at the customer’s premises as a result of the referral the subject of the Reference.
  • Subject to these terms, payment of a $50 referral fee will be made by way of direct deposit to the Referee’s nominated bank account within 15 days of HAHID receiving payment in full from the customer for installation of the insulation at the customer’s premises.
